Volunteer

Volunteers are an essential part of 3rd Step Ministry. Without volunteers like you we wouldn't be able to continue the work we do. It takes every person's unique God-given gifts and talents to serve this community with love and compassion. We appreciate every person who takes time to help us serve women struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. We have a variety of ways for you to get involved. Adopt-a Home

Connecting churches with local recovery homes. A women's group will visit homes quarterly. 3rd Step will provide curriculum, crafts and materials for church groups.

Admin Activities

Do you have the gift of administration? We can use your help with data entry, accounting, organizational projects etc.

Restorative Art

Work with 3rd Step Artist to bring hope and empowerment to women in recovery. Assist with passing out art supplies and encouraging the women in thier work.

Photography/Video

We are always looking for volunteers to capture moments from events, stock photos for marketing purposes, videos to be used on social media etc.

Support Groups

Assist with facilitating weekly support groups, including Bible studies, workshops etc. Support women on their journey of sobriety on an ongoing basis.

Event Hostess

We are looking for women who will sit with women in recovery and share the love of Christ over lunch at our annual 3rd Step Outreach Event .

Fundraiser Events

Volunteer in a variety of different areas for our fundraising events, from pre-event planning, set-up/teardown, greeter etc.
