SISTERHOOD SCHOLARSHIP – MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Congratulations! As a 3rd Step Ministry (3SM) Sisterhood Scholarship recipient, you are now inducted to the 3SM Mentorship Program. The purpose of this program is to continue connection and partnership with you as you continue your life restorative journey.

This form will assist the 3SM Sisterhood Scholarship Mentorship Program know how to best support you moving forward, identifying the best resources and programs for your unique journey. Further a Mentor will be assigned to you for regular check-in’s (monthly or quarterly), to ensure you are receiving the support you need for optimal success.
