24th Annual 3rd Step Outreach Event

The Quiet Cannon Event Center

Join us as we make an impact on the lives of women recovering from drug and alcohol abuse. We will host a fun Welcome Party with several fun booths, followed by a formal sit-down luncheon with these beautiful ladies to enjoy a wonderful afternoon.

Your help is NEEDED with this year's Event! 

How To Get Involved:

There are various ways to volunteer, see all the areas below.

Hostess

(Women Only)

Hostesses will enjoy a sit-down luncheon with the women and make them feel welcomed

and loved, as well as offer prayer & encouragement. This is our area of greatest need for the event.

Set-up Crew

(Women & Men)

Set-up Crew will arrive well before the event starts to ensure everything is set up and ready for our special guests. Includes, but not limited to setting up pop-ups, tables, chairs etc.

Hospitality Ops

(Women Only)

Hospitality Ops will be in guiding our guests throughout the event ensuring they get checked in, escorted to the Welcome Party and seated in the ballroom all while making them feel loved.

Teardown Crew

(Women & Men)

Teardown Crew will help to ensure everything is packed up and ready to head to our storage. Includes, but not limited to taking down pop-ups, helping with Goodie bags, load truck and etc.

Welcome Party

(Women Only)

The Welcome Party Team will help with the setup and teardown of the Welcome Party as well as participate at various booths that will be available, such as crafts, make-up etc.

Security

(Men)

Safety is a priority, our Security Team will be monitoring the event to ensure everyone follows the safety rules and regulations, as keep everyone in their designated areas.

Prayer Team

(Women Only)

The Prayer Team will pray for and with the ladies at the Prayer Booth during the Welcome Party as well as Hostess as needed and offer prayer support during the message.

All Day Crew

Set-up, Teardown & Security

(Men)

The All Day Crew will help with Set-up, Teardown and Security. They will assist in all capacities as needed throughout the event.

at this year's 3rd Step Event. 

WOMEN REGISTER for a Volunteer Training Date Below:

  • Goodie Bag Donations: Women in recovery homes often arrive with no personal items including hygiene products. During our event, we provide each woman with a reusable goodie bag filled with a month's worth of hygiene products, a journal, a devotional, a pen and a Bible all packed in a reusable tote bag.

The cost to supply each woman with a goodie bag is $25.
Your $70 provides lunch & a goodie bag for a woman in recovery.
